RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, and we stand by every bar we make.

BIVI bars are real food. Because of that, we can’t take product back once it has shipped. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

What’s covered

• Defective, damaged, or unusable product: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund 100% of the product cost.

What’s not covered

• Taste or personal preference: flavor is personal, so we can’t offer refunds because a bar wasn’t to your liking. If you’re new to pemmican, the Variety Pack is the best place to start.

How to request a refund

• Email howdy@bivibar.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
